Definitions

• "ISTFX," "We," "Us," "Our" – Refers to ISTFX, its website, services, and affiliates.
• "User," "Client," "You," "Your" – Any individual or entity using ISTFX services.
• "Trading Account" – The account registered by a client on ISTFX.
• "Funds" – Any currency, assets, or financial instruments deposited into an ISTFX account.

Eligibility & Account Registration

A. Who Can Use ISTFX?

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must not be a resident of restricted or sanctioned countries.
• You must complete KYC verification before trading.

B. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Unauthorized access should be reported to ISTFX immediately.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity is detected.

Trading Services

• ISTFX provides access to Forex, Cryptocurrencies, Commodities, Indices, Stocks, and Futures trading.
• Trading involves risk, and you acknowledge full responsibility for your financial decisions.
• ISTFX does not guarantee profits or protection from losses.
• We may restrict or suspend trading activities due to extreme market conditions or security concerns.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits must be from accounts in your name (third-party deposits are not allowed).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits.
• ISTFX reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing time varies based on the payment provider.

Fees & Charges

• Trading fees, spreads, and commissions are subject to ISTFX’s pricing schedule.
• We reserve the right to update fees at any time, with prior notice.
• Some accounts may be subject to inactivity fees if no trading activity occurs for a specific period.

Leverage & Margin

• ISTFX offers leverage trading, but you must maintain sufficient margin in your account.
• If your margin drops below the required level, ISTFX may close open positions automatically.
• High leverage increases risk; you may lose more than your initial deposit.

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Engage in fraudulent trading, market manipulation, or abuse.
• Use automated scripts or bots without permission.
• Attempt to bypass AML/KYC verification.
• Violate international sanctions or anti-money laundering laws.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

Risks Disclosure

• Trading is highly risky, and you may lose all or part of your investment.
• Market conditions, liquidity, and volatility can impact your trades.
• Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Limitation of Liability

• ISTFX is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, or market fluctuations.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access (due to maintenance, security, or market events).
• We are not liable for third-party payment provider failures or delays.

Termination & Account Closure

• You may request account closure at any time.
• ISTFX reserves the right to terminate accounts due to policy violations, fraud, or inactivity.
• Any remaining funds will be returned after settlement of open trades and outstanding fees.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

• ISTFX may update these terms at any time, with notice to clients.
• Continued use of ISTFX services means you accept the updated terms.
